I live overseas as a teacher. Looking to invest long-term. Looking to slowly build a portfolio of Buy-and-Hold properties. Right now, I'm looking at SFHs and Duplexes. I want to connect with as many people in my targeted markets as possible given that I live overseas and rely so heavily on others. Right now I own a turnkey arboreal home in the Costa Rican rain forest, and some land in that same forest. I am excited about expanding out portfolio while full time teaching overseas and maintaining that busy and fulfilling lifestyle.
