Josh Starner

As an Asbury Park resident, Josh has spent years both living and investing in properties within Monmouth County. Josh uses a combination of his personal experience in residential housing and long term and short-term rental investments, local knowledge, and different marketing tools and strategies to help both buyers and sellers. With over 15 years of retail leadership experience, he understands the importance of customer service and dedicates his time and energy to providing an exceptional customer experience. A New Jersey native, having lived in Union, Ocean, and Monmouth Counties, Josh is familiar with the Jersey Shore and neighboring areas. Josh lives in Asbury Park with his wife and their two dogs. He has a BA from Muhlenberg College and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Josh sits on the advisory board for Seton Hall’s Customer Experience Certificate Program and volunteers at Island Beach State Park running surf contests and helping provide children with autism access to free surf lessons. Josh was recognized as a top producer for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2022 earning the Honor Society Distinction for being in the top 18% of agents nationwide and is recognized as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Josh is also an appointed board member of the City of Asbury Park's Rent Leveling Board.
