Hello BP Community! I'm excited to be in this space with a bunch of people who are killing it in their respective real estate journeys. At this point (April '23) I'm still fairly new to real estate investing. I've been binging on lots of resources (mostly from Bigger Pockets) - books, podcasts, articles, BP forum etc. I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge and wisdom from the more experienced in the community. Outside of real estate investment, I'm a dad to 2 great, young kids. I'm hoping as they get older I can set them up for financial success and give them the tools they need for financial independence. I also work full-time for the Treasury department of a global investment banking firm. I'm seeing already how having a historical acumen for all things finance is very easily applicable in this real estate world.
