I'm a chef of 20 years, born and raised the MD/DC area. I want to spend the next 5-8 years investing heavily in the DC/MD market so i can create a 3rd income stream for my family and afford to rely less on my W2 income. Long term I want to primarily cash flow off of rentals but im willing to do any and all sorts of deals and partnerships when i start in order to learn about the business and make connections. my goal is to do 2 deals in 2019 and scale up from there.
