Hello, I've recently become interested in real estate investment. I don't have any experience, aside from renting to a family member that, of course turned out terrible. I still own that house in Florida but haven't decided what to do with it yet. I've been listening to the podcast's from the first and they are very intriguing. I look forward to meeting others and soaking up as much info as I can. I am currently working as a professional driver delivering fuel. I work 60-70 hours in 12-14 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. My current main goal is to acquire enough rental property to cash flow my 2 childrens college, over the next 5 years.
