Joshua B Pruitt

I am a Navy veteran who has surpassed 20 years of active service, and I live with my wife and two cats in Atlantic Beach, FL. I first came to the Jacksonville area in 2001, and have spent the last 11 straight years living in Jacksonville and the surrounding beaches. Conducting multiple real estate transactions over the years I came to realize my love of real estate and helping families into the next home, and eventually into their forever home. Not only do I work with individuals and families to get into their new homes, I work with them to show how buying real estate can improve their net worth. I have many contacts in the local area that can help house-hack, BRRRR, or fix and flip. Not only have I done all these strategies myself, but I connect people everyday to get these projects done! Call/text me at (904)535-1936 or email at [email protected] so I can help you value your current home, and help get you into your next home.
