I'm a Realtor with EXP Realty in DFW. I specialize in finding STR's for investors. I also own an STR property management company. Our company, ROI Management, manages Short Term Rental properties for investors on Airbnb and VRBO. My wife and I have two STR properties of our own in Waco, TX and we manage several STR's for others in Waco and DFW. I have a team of three assistant managers and nine cleaners in Waco who help me manage the Waco properties now that we have moved to DFW. We now live and are based in Plano, TX and we are currently focused on expanding our services in DFW while maintaining a strong presence in Waco. In addition, we have experience in successfully managing properties remotely in other states. I began managing STR's in 2015 with our own home in Pasadena, CA. Since then we have managed properties for friends and investors in Miami, Austin, North Carolina, Waco, and Dallas.
