As of January 2019 I am new to the real estate game, but I have caught the investor bug big time and am trying to learn and absorb as much information as I can so that I can achieve financial freedom within the next 5 years of my life. I am interested in doing rent hacking and/or house hacking depending on my situation. I am very eager to learn and will put in time and effort to make things happen. I am very happy to update and announce that my LLC just closed escrow on our first rental property in Detroit as of 12/2019. We are so excited to get this ball rolling as we plan to BRRRR this and many others. 2020 is going to be a huge year, as we are also planning on releasing a podcast soon! Stay tuned!!
