Joshua “Sarge” Hardin — Legacy Builder | Renewed Legacy Squadron & Joshua Tree Group (Chattanooga, TN) I’m a retired Army combat veteran turned real estate investor, community builder, and legacy preservationist. My mission is simple: restore what’s been forgotten and build what will outlive us. I don’t chase deals. I build Renewed Legacy Squadron (RLS) - a boots-on-ground real estate group focused on service-first investing, homestead development, and protecting the stories inside every property. I also lead Joshua Tree Group (JTG) - a community-driven, veteran-focused initiative restoring lives, homes, and hope for those quietly fighting battles no one sees.
