Joshua Lounsberry

I am a newbie flipper and investor in the Pacific Northwest, where I grew up and got married and had two kids. I am in my late 20's and am just getting started in the real estate investment world. I play the guitar and other instruments, softball and basketball in local men's leagues, and enjoy coffee dates with my wife and kids. I have quit my job in water distribution management to be a full time flipper/investor. I hope to be able to not only provide for my family's immediate needs but also have a real plan for retirement and future life expenses such as weddings and college. The bigger pockets podcast has been instrumental in giving me knowledge and tips to get started and it is great to learn from so many different people's stories and strategies.
