My name is Joshua, I am an officer in the USAF. I got into Real Estate when I saw my rent was just making someone else rich, and the VA loan helped me make the leap into home ownership and a mortgage that was less than rent in the area. When I moved overseas I became a landlord for the first time by renting out my house. I quickly changed my investment strategy as I began seeing the return on investment in my house continue to increase and bank interest rates continue to plummet. The more I have learned, the more I want to get into real estate investing as a long term wealth growing strategy.
