I bought my first home at age 18 with a co signer, my second property in college at 21 on my own. And bought my 3rd home in 2011. ( I rent hacked at all 3 properties). Several years ago I rolled my Simple IRA over to a solo 401k and have already purchased 5 rental properties and done several REI deals with these funds. I continue to manage this fund and am currently starting to move into larger commercial deals. I have also started a real estate investment company with a business partner in Upstate South Carolina. We purchase buy and hold properties and we have acquired our first 2 properties under this entity. I have another REI I recently started that invests in flips and writes private money loans. This is a newer venture but has been off to a great start. In addition to my REI ambitions I own a printing company ( www.m30marketing.com) and have other projects I am launching. Basically I like to keep busy at all times. Experience: - Currently own 8 rental properties ( CA, SC ) - have been purchasing properties with a Solo 401k - Co-Owner of 864 Upstate Properties LLC. ( focus on buy & hold) -several classes/ investor groups - studied real estate books, articles, podcasts and since graduation. - father owns real estate brokerage so I've been around the industry most of my life - have invested in tax liens in AZ - Funded syndication deals on rehabs - private money loans on rehabs and acquisitions. Real Estate Goals: - Looking to invest in cash flowing properties and commercial deals - cash flow properties SFR / Multi-Family / mobile home parks - continue to build rental portfolio - TIC/ commercial deals - syndications - private money loans Currently Seeking: -Initial investment opportunities. Preferably in upstate SC, - investment partners - wholesale deals - creative finance opportunities in SoCal and Oregon. - JV opportunities on commercial and multi family.
