I've been a software engineer for about ten years plus for startups, Fortune 500's and everything in between. When I'm not hacking away on my side projects, I'm looking at deals, networking with other investors and exploring areas of opportunity within real estate. Experience: My wife and I have been involved in real estate for about six years now. We've dabbled as real estate agents, purchased and renovated an investment property in Boston, flipped a SFR in ATL, and have invested in crowdfunding platforms. I've also freelanced for a local multifamily development firm in the SFV sourcing and underwriting apartment land deals. As VP Engineering for a large crowdfunding platform, I also helped our team raise a $20M Series A round. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to generate $20K/month in passive income, complete a ground-up development deal from start to finish, net $1M through my real estate activities and syndicate a large multifamily deal for a great team of investors.
