I am currently learning and looking to purchase my first single family rental in the next 6 months in the Houston area. I have been in the construction field and residential HVAC industry for many years. This has helped me understand buildings, contractors, and much more about the structures themselves. I am here to learn more of the investment real estate side. I am hoping to learn creative financing, how to find off market deals. Also would love to expand my network and learn from the more experienced investors.
