I am a young investor looking to get my get my feet wet in this amazing world of REI! My goal is to reach $2,000 cash flow per month by Dec 2023 and $5,000 cash flow per month by Dec 2027. I will consider myself financially free when I achieve $10,000 cash flow per month. I have been using the last year or so to get as much real estate investing education as possible from BP and many other sources, and I'm trying to figure out the best way I want to go about my real estate investing business. As of lately I really like the idea of investing out of state and I am looking to form connections with other investors who are already doing this.
