I first started my journey into real estate when I was 21 after I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad for the first time. Since then I have devoured every bit of information possible through reading, networking, joining active groups, and even optioned my real estate license. Now, I am under contract with my first rental property, and hope it will be the first of many moving forward! My goal is to eventually reach a point where cash flow is high enough and my systems are efficient enough to where I can take my first "mini vacation" and travel the world for a few years... or more :)
