Joshua is Born and Raised in Lowell, Massachusetts. He has held many jobs and currently finds himself as a full time firefighter to his hometown and fulltime real estate investor and agent. Since he has currently found his home with Candor Realty Group, an Investment Real Estate Brokerage the originates from Lowell Massachusetts and holds weekly network events for investors alike. He has experience and skills in Finding Bargain deals, Generating Capital, Working with Contractors, and Assessing Property's conditions.
