About myself
Hello everyone! My name is Joshua I am new to the Real Estate investment family! I grew up helping my uncle do rehabs on all of his properties but I didn't have a chance to dabble in the financial side of things. Now I am ready to take action and build a big portfolio. My goal is to own a minimum of 200 rental units. I am seeking out of state investments in RI as I now reside in CA
