I got my start in real estate as a wholesaler, spending two years finding and structuring investment deals. I then spent another two years as a real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions and truly understand market value from the ground up. For the past year, I’ve been on the funding side as a hard money lender with Rain City Capital, working directly with real estate investors to help them close quickly and move confidently on their projects. Because I’ve operated on the acquisition, sales, and financing sides of real estate, I understand what makes a deal work — and what can derail one. My goal is to be more than just a lender, but a reliable partner investors can trust to help get their projects across the finish line.
