Rental Property Investor
We are looking to grow a significant rental portfolio organically without leveraging any of the deals immediately. My partner and I plan on only doing all-cash deals for the foreseeable future. We anticipate being able to acquire 3-5 homes in the 150K (after repairs) range each year.
