Howdy! New Real Estate Investor here looking to make some connections and drink from the fire hose. Sounds painful? No, I love it! I'm listening to BP podcasts and YT vids on my way to work, selling my house and my wife and kids moving back in with my mom (getting our finances straightened out/baby step 1), I just finished Set For Life and Can't Hurt Me, connecting with 2 RE agents to find a good fit, withdrew my entire 401k from my previous job, and I'm looking to read/listen to Long Distance RE Investing, Confessions of a RE Entrepreneur and BRRRR by the end of September. Sounds like drinking from a fire hose to me! But it's fun once you do it enough. I get pretty "dug in" when I have my sights set on something.
