My name is Josue Rodriguez, and I am 19 years old going on 20 this year. I am currently working as an accounting assistant but my goal is to leave the corporate world and give the real estate investing business a try. My dad is what you would call a handy man and because of him I have always been interested in rehabbing houses and selling the properties for a profit. Wholesaling is my way in to rehab properties in the near future.
