Hi All... I am a full time investor, run a home base internet development business and on the side work for the Sheriff's Office as a Deputy. I'm a husband, and father. I live in Saint Petersburg, FL. I am the co-founder of Hardwick Real Estate Investments. Our vision is "Transforming Medium to Low Income Neighborhoods one house at a time. Creating desirable, safe and affordable housing solutions for my City and County". I really believe that we are doing that for our investors, our home buyers, our employees, and our tenants. We live by the motto of the old saying in real estate: The goal isn't to make money; it's to solve problems. Creating win-win situation is our long term investments into our future. We are based out of Saint Petersburg FL and do business in Pinellas County. Experience We have been in business since 2017. Taking over for my father that did Rehabs and Handyman work from 1995 to 2014. Some of our highlighted project are... - 2 Rehabs under way for my house and my mother’s house. Planning stages. - 3 - 4 Fix and Flip partnership underway for single family homes and Multi-Family properties. Real Estate Goals 1. Have fun 2.
