She has worked community leaders in multiple countries lending her deep understanding of the business, its structure and the processes needed to position businesses to reach their full potential. Joy specializes in creating unique and thoughtful strategies for companies to help them extract hidden revenues in their practices by setting and reaching sales goals, streamlining operations, and motivating the staff. Joy began her career in construction and real estate development back in 2018. She has formed her own real estate and construction companies that focus on taking distressed properties in the community and giving them new life.
