Hello! I am an RN who's been in Orlando for almost 5 years. I've had an interest in real estate for quite some time and have put in the time saving up a sizable down payment to fulfill my goal of obtaining my first rental property this year (2016). I am currently reading Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and recently finished Building Wealth One House at a Time by John Schaub. I am looking to network with like-minded individuals and learn as much as I can before obtaining my first investment property.
