Juan Pessolani

I'm partner and director at Nuevo Concepto (www.nc.com.py), an architecture studio and construction management firm located in Asuncion, Paraguay. Over the past few years we've successfully assisted clients during assestment, design and development of real estate projects. We've been involved in market research, feasibility studies, negotiations, design and construction. We are really passionate about development and we see plenty of opportunities in our emerging market: affordable and ready available land, low construction costs, low taxes, high demand for the new emergent middle class market and very high ROI, +25% After working hard for so long in the real estate industry we are now eager to start investing.
