I am a father first to two beautiful daughters. Real estate Broker, Investor and Photographer. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force (4 years), a retired police officer (13 years) and have been a real estate Broker since 2003. I currently live in Orange County and operate a retail transactional real estate business in two different counties and 80+% of my business is referral based. One of my true passions is working with military/Veterans and first responder clients. I have a special program offered to these VIP clients where I GIVE BACK 25% of my earned commission to the HERO client. This GIVE BACK helps the HERO client save money with their closing costs OR if selling, a lower listing fee is applied. Through this program I have given back over $70,000 as of October, 2019. Feels good to help my brothers and sisters save money when buying or selling their next home. REI is finally becoming a reality and the asset classes I'm diving into are OOS rentals and the mobile home business (Private Money Investor for PULL OUT Projects; Buy/REHAB/RENT and Notes). Looking to use BP as an outlet to collaborate with other REI, network for deals, soundboard for questions, etc.
