Hi Bigger Pockets Community! I am new to the real estate investing having only purchased a few distressed properties since 2009. My goal is to find a way to make real estate investing a full time commitment. Having worked for more than 12 years in the financial services industry in a variety of capacities I have a fairly strong understanding of the finance side of the business. Where I really feel I need to learn much more is in finding and evaluating properties and establishing trustworthy business relations to complete deals!
