I am a real estate agent in the DC area with Fairfax Realty. I also invest in buy and hold rental units that I currently manage myself. Experience: I have been a real estate agent in DC, VA and MD for around 17 years and own 3 rental condos and 1 townhouse in Arlington, VA. We are passive investors in a hotel project off DuPont Circle in DC and sold a 10 unit building in the same area in November 2020. Recently we have been investing in syndication deals as limited partners throughout the southeastern market including Raleigh, NC, Charleston, SC, Clearwater, Fl and TX markets. These include car washes, a hotel, self storage and an ATM fund. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to work with investors to buy and sell properties in the DC metro area. I am also looking to expand my current rental portfolio to generate 19k in gross monthly cash flow with Class A/B type properties (multi-family,duplex,single family) Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to purchase Class A/B type properties in northern VA for buy and hold. I would like to learn more about purchasing an apartment building in the Northern VA/DC area.
