I have a background in finance and have experience as a commercial loan originator. However, I am no longer involved with commercial loan brokerage at this point. I am now completely focused on obtaining my first investment property. Given the current mortage rate environment, I am primarily looking at multifamily properties where I can possibly use a 203(k) loan and live in one of the units. So effectively executing a house hacking strategy to accomplish this. I am currently working on building a solid team of experts to accomplish this.
