Hello fellow investors! I live remotely in Alaska. Cell service, internet, and mail service are sporadic. I invest in buy and hold properties, mostly in Indiana, my home state. I know this market extremely well, and follow it through the MLS. I currently own properties in Indiana and Anchorage Alaska. I have also started lending to other investors. So much to learn!
