In addition to a regular day job, I have a part-time small business consulting practice in the SF Bay Area. I do mostly bookkeeping and tax prep, but also do general business planning. I am an aspiring real estate investor interested in notes and private lending. Experience: Purchased my first property (primary residence) in May 2017. As a tax professional, I have done plenty of tax work for real estate investors with portfolios of all sizes. Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is to invest in student housing and commercial real estate via syndication. Currently Seeking: Investment opportunities for non-accredited investors using a solo 401k. My "why": Outrageous generosity and ponies to compete with (NRHA, AQHA, USHJA).
