I truly enjoy life, I like being around family and friends, especially when we are eating. Another passion of mine is real estate investing. I like the freedom that it gives us and also improving communities with my investing. Experience: I have experience in being a landlord, however I would like to learn more about commercial property and development. Real Estate Goals: I would like to move into commercial property within the next 3 years. I would also like to purchase a property a month for the next 3 years. Currently Seeking: Properties that will make good rentals, mostly in the Philadelphia area, Fishtown, Mt. Airy/Germantown and Northeast sections.
