New in this real estate world, have always been interested in real estate, but never took the time to learn. Read Rich Dad Poor Dad and decided to take action. Went to a free seminar, then a 3day course, but then discovered Bigger Pockets thru a friend referral, and I've been hooked on it ever since. I've been reading forums, reading books, watching/listening to podcasts almost every day since. Looking for my first property and have my mind set on a multifamily househack just to get my feet wet in this world. Would love to use this platform for networking/referrals and to continue my education.
