Over 150 off-market deals completed in first 2 years, not including around 50 traditional real estate deals. I always enjoy chatting with anyone who loves real estate investing or entrepreneurship. It does not get old to me. Over 15 years of consistently keeping up with entrepreneurial topics assures me that I'll always look forward to learning. I LOVE music and yet when I'm in my car, I'm either listening to REI or business podcasts. Before I go to bed I typically read several REI articles. I've been networking for years to get to know people and how they have experienced success, and it's led to incredible experiences. I have always been open to the multitude of opportunities that result, and they always seem to appear. In the past few years, the combination of my knowledge and networking has really paid off. I've developed solid connections with great investors throughout the U.S. and really enjoy these mutually beneficial relationships.
