My name is John Lyszczyk (Liz-check) and I'm a Real Estate Agent in the Southeastern Michigan area. I started my Real Estate Investing journey at the age of 27 when I moved back home into my Mom's house (humbling) after bouncing around from job-to-job trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. During that time, I became very motivated to be successful and pursue my dreams. I liquidated my IRA and bought my first home...a $27,000 Single-Family house, and that deal served as the catalyst for my real estate investing career. Since then I became a licensed Realtor, a licensed contractor, acquired more rentals, completed multiple Fix-N-Flip deals and "House-Hacked" for more cash flow. I've learned a lot, and I'm maintaining a steady appetite for learning more and growing in the Real Estate industry.
