Hi, my name is Joshua Austin. I was born and raised just outside of Savannah in Guyton, GA. I am married to Katie and we have three beautiful daughters. I serve as a deacon at Redeemer Baptist Church in Rincon, GA. My "W-2" career is as a Longshoreman at the Ports in Savannah where I have been working since 2007. When our first daughter was born in January 2016 I decide to begin working part time in property management. Since then I have become obsessed with what real estate can do for our family and others. I became a licensed Realtor in order that I might help others invest in the vision of Real Estate as a long-term wealth building tool that they can use to provide for their family now and to leave an inheritance for their children's children in the future.
