I am a Finance Manager For a Car Dealership after serving 6 years in the military. Grew up just north of San Francisco, but my military career took me all over the place. Favorite place I lived was Virginia Beach. Currently: Have one rental property and buying the home we currently live in. Goal: Continue to Invest in buy and hold properties creating enough cash flow to switch industries. Seeking: Advice about anything relating to the real estate industry. Note: Not that it is nearly as complex compared to real estate, however if anyone has any questions relating to buying/selling a car, financing or anything you can think of.
