Jerry Woods

Jerry Woods is a 23 year old native of Memphis,TN He went through varies temp jobs, FedEx and all kinds of other jobs. It wasnt long before he figured out the working 50-60hrs a week was not very productive. So I guess around 2009 my manager at one of my many temp jobs got a strange feeling( I guess his spider senses was kicking in) that I really didnt have a passion to work this job. I wasnt like I didnt get the job done or walked around mugging people all day. Anyways he must just felt it in his bones. So a couple of days later I requested to go be off a week. I had planned a trip with friends to Miami. It got approved(now I approved whatever the HECK I wanna do), so I was pumped to go. Couple days before wouldn't you know it, that son of a gun fired me. I was upset for like maybe 5mins, then I thought yea buddy I'm going to Miami. This is when I got my entrepreneurial thinking wings and real estate started becoming interesting to me. From then on I started my voyage oh education and information. I discovered wholesaling from a guy named Preston Ely and it was history from there. Did my first deal in 2011 and haven't looked back since.
