In regard to real estate investing, my interest lies in marketing, logistics, and analyzing numbers. I enjoy the process of solving problems. Experience: Enough to know that a real estate investing business is (like any other business) only as viable as the quantity of qualified leads coming in. It does not matter if you want to buy one house per year or 100, being able to find and buy property for a discount or on favorable terms is imperative. The the foundation for this is a well developed marketing plan. Real Estate Goals: Short term: Team with investors on BP. Marketing is the heartbeat of your (any) business. Without a consistent supply of leads a business is not sustainable. Are you in real estate investing to write copy and generate leads or to negotiate and structure deals/rehabilitate old properties/generate cash flow? Without the former, the latter really does not exist with any consistency. Pass the buck to someone who is genuinely interested in developing a long-term marketing strategy that will allow people to trust you and your business. Become licensed agent Long-term: Always learning, staying humble and honest, and seeing where this experience takes me. Overall, I aim to provide a service that is unique, trustworthy, respectful, honest, and reliable (my apologies for the excessive adjective usage). Of course, we all want to bank coin, but I am far more motivated by having a positive and mutually beneficial relationship with those I work for/with.
