I'm really more interested in buying businesses in the future, turning around the operations, and making them green and socially responsible. But since real estate can be a large component of that strategy, I'm interested in getting a holding of residential and commercial properties. This will start as a bootstrap operation, but given my background in multiple industries and multiple roles there is no doubt I can swing it.
