About myself
My experience includes about 20 years in the real estate industry working in the mortgage industry and real estate development. I left the mortgage industry to pursue options in financial services but continue to look for interesting options in real estate as an investor and consultant. Experience: Land development, wholesale, rehab, non-performing notes. Real Estate Goals: Increase the amount of investment transactions yearly. Currently Seeking: Land development, wholesale, fix-n-flip, buy and hold, SFH or multi-family.
