Full-time landlord and investor. Practiced law for 10 years and have been building, developing, renovating and investing since 1994. Married, no kids. My wife and I are working towards paying off the mortgages on our home in Atlanta as well as the house we own in the NC mountains. Experience: I have just about done it all, from a 68-unit townhouse development, custom and spec home building, condo conversions on small apt buildings to retail flips and landlording. Real Estate Goals: I have a small portfolio of rental houses in a transitional part of town. I am not enjoying the monthly battles anymore and am looking to build a second business around lease-options and buying subject-to then reselling with terms. The goal is to bolster current cash flow and build a pipeline of cashouts over the next few years. We spend a lot of time in the NC mountains so I am looking to build a business heavy on automation that allows me to spend my time efficiently and effectively. Currently Seeking: I am looking to network with investors who have direct mail experience and utilize integrated CRM techniques. It is time to crank up the marketing machine and update my direct mail knowledge and techniques.
