I'm new to Real Estate investing. I've been wanting to get into Real Estate for a few years now, but I have not been able to save up enough money to get into it the traditional route. I came across a video on YouTube about wholesaling and all the sudden my eyes were opened to this possibility. I started researching everything I could and I was so excited about how easy and cost free it was... Then I came across the Bigger Pocket podcast and my hopes were crushed! I could tell that these guys were for real and if there is something to learn that this is the place to be. After listening to nearly all of the podcasts up to date I have decided that wholesaling will be the route I will take to get into real estate. However, I now have the knowledge that it will not be a cruise down easy street. I will be starting some marketing this coming week and I have the confidence that if I have a problem or question I now have an invaluable resource in BP.
