Julian Sibley

I was born and raised in a dairy family in Snohomish, WA. When I am not working I enjoy being outdoors hiking, hunting and fishing with my wife and our german shorthair pointer (dog). I am a huge people-person and I love working with numbers. Experience: I work as a mortgage lender in Everett, WA. My current mentors include my Mother and Aunt, who have a combined 45+ years originating loans in Snohomish County, WA. As well as my Uncle who is a general contractor with over 25+ years experience building custom homes. Real Estate Goals: My end goal is commercial real estate. I want enough real estate to supplement my other income generating assets in retirement. My wife and I are currently investing in SFR's in the Everett, WA area with hopes to 1031 exchange in the future. Currently Seeking: Partnerships, private/hard money lenders, and like-minded individuals who have a good attitude and want to retire early.
