Jonathan Smalls

I'm considered to be a "noob" when it comes to real estate as a whole. I've been recently obsessed with HGTV and wanted to get in to the business. Thank goodness I found the #askbp podcast on YouTube and listened to almost every episode in 3 days. This podcast brought me back down to earth when the TV shows had me floating on air thinking this stuff is easy. I believe that it could get easier over time but that comes with experience. Brandon Turner is the man and so detailed oriented with every post almost like I'm sitting in class (except I'm not sleep this time). I've been developing my real estate vocabulary so I can understand when certain terms are used such as "comps". I'm looking to get in to investing in properties around my area and I'm kind of lucky because I sit on the border of two states. I want to connect with people who live in the New England area to see if I can get some tips and advice on buying in this market.
