I am now retired but made my living in the technology field specializing in wide area networks. Although it's been years I bought and sold several homes that I renovated myself while living in it. (Never again!) Because of this I do have a lot of experience with basic remodeling, building additions and gutting homes. I do no plan on doing this again and any flip that I may do will be via hired help.
