Hi there, my name is Jon. In 2018, soon after starting my career as a physical therapist, I wanted to find a way to pay off my student loans faster. I discovered real estate investing and the power of passive income. In 2019 my wife, Brittany, and I started our real estate venture with a duplex house hack that we rehabbed. In April of 2021 we added STR cabin #1 in Gatlinburg, TN. In May of 2022 we added STR cabin #2, an A frame a mile away from the first cabin. We are currently looking to expand our short term rental portfolio but are also interested in local LTR, particularly small multi-family and apartment buildings.
