I live in San Diego and presently own a commercial retail property and a SFR rental, both in Denver, CO. Recently sold my businesses and am basically retired from the daily job grind. Looking to expand my real estate knowledge and holdings. Am in the process of exploring selling my commercial building and plan to 1031 exchange it into another commercial property in the $7M-$10M price range ideally. Also looking to get into more short-term deals (e.g. flipping) in both residential and commercial. Seeking partners/mentors in the Southern California area, and willing to explore investment opportunities nationwide.
