Small but growing portfolio of multi family properties and single family. Always looking to improve and learn! I currently own three properties an 8 unit with a mix of studios, 1 bedrooms, and a single 2 bedroom. A 4 Unit property with two 2 bedroom units and two 3 bedroom units both in Manchester, NH. I also have a single family 4 bedroom in Kensington, NH. I have worked on a mix of programs to renovate the 4 units including state and local grants for lead abatement. I financed a portion of the renovations with a mix of Lead grants and health homes grants. I have previously been a license lead abatement contractor for the state of NH and after putting my building through this process I would recommend anyone interested proceed with extreme caution! I will continue my education into various grants and financing to make numbers work and see if I can find a program that works.
